Had a beautiful weekend this weekend other than Sunday, and even then it was only Sunday morning. Our Moonbounce company had some returning customers this year and the were really happy with our service and pricing.

Even though our prices are low, we truly understand how tough it is still out there, we still give our customers a little break when it comes down to it. We have been in the same seat as well before so we really understand.

Our Moon bounce rentals this weekend was spread out all over Northern Virginia, we had some in Leesburg, which cost extra for deliver. We also had some in Woodbridge and Dale City, and only a few in Manassas, Bristow. I really want to focus on the Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket region because they are our neighboors.

I have recently been really focus on this business a lot lately and it has been paying off. I've been getting really busy, every weekend a new record breaking weekend. July is really slow but I've made it pretty busy for everyone being away on vacation. Moonbounce Rentals Are they safe?

Some ask how safe are moonbounces, or moonwalks? Are my kids safe when we rent one these moonbounce thingys. Well I'm here for your comfort because when you rent one of these items the safety relies in the parents. Most of the mistakes that renters make is they just let the kids get into the bouncer with no supervision. You have to have complete supervision at all times, this way you don't have your WWF kid body slamming your pretty little princes girl. Then someone gets hurt. Also if you having a party with 50 kids and your only renting a moonbounce for 15 kids don't try to fit all 50 kids into the moonbounce because someone will bump their heads. So as for safety you need an attendant at all times, someone to say stop and NO.

Now is the moonbounce in itself is safe absolutely, you can bounce all day fall on your head and still be ok. We have safety nets and ways for all our bouncers, the entrance hole is small enough where when your bouncing to close to the entrance you can't fall out. No Manassas Moonbounce at Old Navy this weekend

So I thought I was going to have Old Navy book a moonbounce with me this weekend but I was wrong, guess that weren't serious. I followed up with the person wanting to book the moonbounce 3 times but no return phone call. We actually offered the best price we had available but still no booking with us. So I held that moonbounce as long as I could but I had to book it away. Despite not booking any moonbounce for Old Navy I still had a busy weekend. Had a record week for bookings in July so my business is still doing well. With great follow up and good service people always refer other to us.

Birthday Party rentals in Manassas

I had an event in Manassas this past weekend where as soon as the kids saw me pulling up they were literally jumping on my truck to get the moonbounce off of it. I swear these kids were about to pick up this moonbounce by themselve and set it up on their own. This little girl was so excited that her parents had gotten her a moonbounce for her birthday party. She did not stop thanking for bringing her moonbounce, after setting the moonbounce up, pinning it down and sanatizing it she ran over to me a gave me a huge hug. I booked up again this weekend in Northern Virginia for moonbounce rentals. Most of my business was returning customers. There is something about the service that they just love :0). Woodbridge Moonbounce Rental help

This weekend I had to hire major help to deliver all my moonbounces. I did not want any delivery to be late so I had to make it happen and pay the extra money to keep my ontime performance still at 100 percent. When we deliver a moonbounce we are always early, we make sure you kids are getting that extra bounce time on their own before all the friends come over and they have to share. I remember being a kid and I hated sharing, but I always did remember that Sharing is Caring.

I had an awesome setup this Saturday, I was able to book 1 moonbounce in the morning and book it again in the evening. I don't do this much but it just worked out so well because both the events were in Haymarket. They weren't neighbors but they were within 10 mins of each other. As it gets hotter more and more clients are asking to book the water slide moon bounce. Alone this weekend I had calls from Manassas, Gainesville, Bristow, and Warrenton for a Water slide Moon bounce rental. I was already book, because I only have one water slide, I'm certainly thinking I need to expand my rental base for the water slide up from one to three. Best Weekend Of Moonbounces

The weather this past weekend was the best weekend for moonbounces. It was a little humid on a few days but it did not rain. I delivered in Manassas, Woodbridge, Haymarket, Bristow, Chantilly, Centerville and Fairfax this weekend. I would say the moonbounce rental business is starting to take off. I gave huge discounts to a lot of clients, but I know in return I'll recieve 10 times as much back. Like all the moonbounce rental referrals that I have been getting. I did a moonbounce rental out in Culpepper on year and now I just got her sister for one of our bouncers rentals in Bealeton. I'm trying to hit the Warrenton Market real hard so hopefully my moonbounce rentals in Warrenton takes off. I've got some competition in the area but they weren't to nice when I called them to get some pointers. I certain promote competition only because the best will survive and it drives me to be better that the other. This weekend is a light weekend so far, but I will certainly get 4 more bookings for this weekend and have a total 10 bookings for the two days. Manassas Moon Bounce Rentals

This past weekend I served the Manassas area hard. It was nice to do some deliveries again locally. This weekend I've got an awesome bounce house at a local church in Manassas. I'm giving them 2 moonbounces for $150, which is unheard of. Only because I know what they are doing is for a good cause. I truly believe when I give a little it returns to me 10 folds. So just as long it doesn't hurt my business I give as much as I can. Next weekend I'm doing a moonbounce rental for a local High School that is trying to raise some money. Again right in Bristow I'll be serving my community. As long as I can serve my community and not break their banks I feel pretty good for the day. 2 weekend ago we were 2 hours early for a party, and it looked like it was going to rain. Well the customer told us to leave after being their extra early, because they felt like the rain is going to take over their party. Well so we left to delivery at other parties, they called back and really wanted the bouncer because it wasn't raining in Gainesville, VA and we were able to fit them back into our schedule. Her son had 12 friends waiting when we arrived and she was pleased to see us there. This mother was awesome, she was doing it all that day on her own keeping it cool. Her husband was out serving our country, and I was glad that I could take care of her. I gave her an awesome return customer rate, because I was running a promotion for March to boost business and the economy. We are so glad to be serving the Prince William County area now for 2 years going into our 3rd year. I really look forward to doing alot more business for my community in the near future.

Bristow Moon Bounce Rentals

I'm pretty excited because I finally got some major bookings near home. I booked 4 moonbounce right in Bristow, VA. Which was only 10 minutes from my house. Service was best, we were extra early, the kids got more time in the bouncer and we had a bigger break than normal. I'm really working to push this area harder because it's much easier on my truck, lol. Traveling to Arlington and Alexandria beats up "Big Green" but the kids gotta have it, so we had to make it happen. We make the trip no matter where it may be, just as long as we can make it on time we will plan it into our route. New approach!

So recently I have been handing out review cards to client's. I have been asking them to give me a review/testimonial if they were happy with my services and it has been working out really well. I want to show my client's that I really care about their opinion, because its going to help my business succeed if I give good customer service.

Yesterday I handed out three cards so hopefully I get some reviews.

I had served Manassas, Reston, and Fairfax yesterday. I was running all over the places providing child entertainment. Had happy customers again, so happy I got some free food for giving them such good service and price. And I am certain they will be using me again.

This week im going to work on some new leads and get booked up for the end of April and for the month if May.

Awesome Customers Today!!!!

Today I had a very successful day delivering moonbounces to 3 new customers and 1 returning customer. I really hope I made a good impression on my new customers by being early. I know they were happy about my pricing because they couldn't stop talking about how affordable I was. Tomorrow I have 3 more bookings and all new customers. Let's hope the weather holds up, so these kids can have an awesome birthday party.

On another note I experienced something from a negative blogger. I started asking my clients to give me a review on yelp.com. So I had asked a few people from work that had used my services and a few friends that had used my services to give me a review, and also I had started handing out review cards with my information and yelp's website on it and kindly asked my clients to give me a review. So the negative blogger decided to bash my company it really hurt my review and made me really upset, 1st of all I never gave service to the individual so I'm not sure how they could give me a negative review. Personally if I had given a negative experience to a client and they really decided to write badly about me, then I'd fess up to it, but this individual did not even know me as a person or a business. But after today I'm gonna forget about it and move forward.
