Bristow Moon Bounce Rentals

I'm pretty excited because I finally got some major bookings near home. I booked 4 moonbounce right in Bristow, VA. Which was only 10 minutes from my house. Service was best, we were extra early, the kids got more time in the bouncer and we had a bigger break than normal. I'm really working to push this area harder because it's much easier on my truck, lol. Traveling to Arlington and Alexandria beats up "Big Green" but the kids gotta have it, so we had to make it happen. We make the trip no matter where it may be, just as long as we can make it on time we will plan it into our route. Next year I'm expecting to expand into Winchester and show them good customer service with quality bouncers.

New approach!

So recently I have been handing out review cards to client's. I have been asking them to give me a review/testimonial if they were happy with my services and it has been working out really well. I want to show my client's that I really care about their opinion, because its going to help my business succeed if I give good customer service.

Yesterday I handed out three cards so hopefully I get some reviews.

I had served Manassas, Reston, and Fairfax yesterday. I was running all over the places providing child entertainment. Had happy customers again, so happy I got some free food for giving them such good service and price. And I am certain they will be using me again.

This week im going to work on some new leads and get booked up for the end of April and for the month if May.

Staying focused and motivated.

Awesome Customers Today!!!!

Today I had a very successful day delivering moonbounces to 3 new customers and 1 returning customer. I really hope I made a good impression on my new customers by being early. I know they were happy about my pricing because they couldn't stop talking about how affordable I was. Tomorrow I have 3 more bookings and all new customers. Let's hope the weather holds up, so these kids can have an awesome birthday party.

On another note I experienced something from a negative blogger. I started asking my clients to give me a review on yelp.com. So I had asked a few people from work that had used my services and a few friends that had used my services to give me a review, and also I had started handing out review cards with my information and yelp's website on it and kindly asked my clients to give me a review. So the negative blogger decided to bash my company it really hurt my review and made me really upset, 1st of all I never gave service to the individual so I'm not sure how they could give me a negative review. Personally if I had given a negative experience to a client and they really decided to write badly about me, then I'd fess up to it, but this individual did not even know me as a person or a business. But after today I'm gonna forget about it and move forward.
